All work is done in our Los Altos, California offices by skilled professionals, each with over 10 years experience.   Your photos never leave our premises until we ship everything back to you.

We make it easy for you:

• Package and send everything the way you'd like - in carousels, sleeves, wrapped in elastics, in trays.  And there is no need to provide an exact count of your slides, negatives and photos ... we'll provide you an accurate count
• We will not bill you until we have completed your work
• Most special requests are completed for free.
• In a rush ... not a problem; we'll complete your order to meet your deadline

That's it.  Pack up your materials and ship them the way you like using a service that applies a tracking number to your shipment.

To qualify, we require a minimum order value of $100.00.

We use Nikon Super CoolScan 5000 ED and 9000 ED scanners with automated Digital ICE software and Epson photo scanners to produce results that exceed our customers' expectations.

If you would like one of our skilled PhotoShop editors to correct your photos after we scan them, the total price to "scan and edit" each image is only 49 cents. Each photo is individually reviewed and corrected for color, exposure, shadows, saturation, rotation, and precise cropping.  We even brighten faces in shadows!  This level of professional enhancement cannot be achieved through any automated process - NOT with automated color restoration, brightness, contrast or shadow adjustments - even with state-of-the art scanning equipment and software.  At MySpecial Photos, each image is corrected individually in PhotoShop to achieve the highest quality results.  The difference between automated processes and manually correcting each photo can be significant.
